Welcome to the consultation website for IDA London Holdings’ proposals to redevelop 19-21 Clarendon Road, Watford.

PLEASE NOTE: In line with feedback the proposal has been updated. The previously submitted scheme which proposed 22 storeys and 103 residential units, alongside commercial space (Local Planning Authority Reference: 21/00887/FULM) has now been withdrawn.

The proposals will now deliver an 8 and 12 storey building providing 65 residential units, in addition to flexible, commercial floorspace.

The revised application has now been submitted and you will be able to view the material in full on the Council’s website.

The proposals will deliver:

  • 103 new high-quality, sustainable modern homes, including 2 and 3 bed properties;
  • A new café with lounge area;
  • A resident community room
  • A resident bicycle workshop; and
  • New active spaces on the ground floor, with high quality landscaping, contributing to the vitality of the local area.
